The CH337 is one of Hans J. Wegner's most enduring dining table designs — an elegant elliptical table that expands to accommodate life as it happens. At 140cm, it is an intimate table for four. Add one or two extension leaves and it stretches to 200cm or 260cm, comfortably seating six or eight. It is a table that grows with your home, your family, and your occasions.
Crafted from solid wood throughout — top and base — the CH337 has the warmth and presence that only natural materials can offer. Available in Beech, Oak, Mahogany, and Walnut, each finish brings its own character: the quiet freshness of soaped Beech, the golden depth of oiled Oak, the rich drama of Walnut.
Extension Leaves
One or two 115 × 60cm extension leaves can be added to extend the table to 200cm or 260cm. Leaves are available in solid wood to match the table, or in grey or black painted MDF. We recommend ordering leaves at the same time as the table to ensure the closest possible grain match. Please note that extension leaves are priced separately — you can add them via the link on this page.
