First unveiled at the Copenhagen Cabinetmakers' Guild Exhibition in 1935, The Tired Man is one of the most enduring icons of Danish design. Flemming Lassen conceived it to feel "as warm and snug as a polar bear cub in the arms of its mother" — and nearly a century on, it still delivers exactly that.

Relaunched by Audo Copenhagen in 2015, the award-winning chair retains its characteristically sculptural, curved form while offering a considered range of contemporary upholstery options. Brass front casters allow effortless repositioning; a matching footstool is available for complete comfort.
